Luxury Swiss watch brand Hublot, one of the main sponsors for this summer’s UEFA EURO 2008 football tournament in Switzerland and Austria, has donated its entire billboard space at each stadium to Unite Against Racism, a pan-European campaign against racism in football. The decision, prompted by a desire to promote values the watch company itself sees as important, has huge strategic and financial implications.

Piaget: Spirit Awards
Despite a rainy day at the beach, movie stars shone in Piaget splendour at this year’s annual Independent Spirit Awards ceremony. Numerous attendees, nominees and presenters chose to celebrate this grand event with Piaget creations. Lisa Kudrow looked stunning in a necklace and matching earrings in white gold, diamonds and black jade, while Javier Bardem had a pink gold Rectangle à l’Ancienne on his wrist.

Yeslam, the man, the brand

Artist, designer and businessman, Yeslam, is from a traditional oriental culture. A culture, in which fragrances have always occupied an important place, be it in the culinary field or that of personal well being. His childhood in Saudi Arabia and his student years in the Lebanon were informed by these fragrances. It was, in fact, when he was a student during this time that he promised himself he would one day create perfumes and other luxury merchandise in honour of the influences of his formative years.
