Icelink at Baselworld 2008
Basel, April 3-10, 2008. At the junction of "no complex" design audacity and traditional Swiss watchmaking, the 6Timezone Snow collection by the Swiss gemwatch brand Icelink issues its weather forecast from Geneva: snow flurries with an avalanche of diamonds... A reflection of a strong identity, the 6Timezone Snow collection resolutely interferes with climatic convention and casts a chill on watchmakers. Already, the weather prediction could not be more explicit: Andy Sogoyan, founder of the brand and advocate of the "I'm successful and it shows" attitude, is due to arrive on the Baselworld scene with snow on his wrist. What's more, he has laid claim to double the exhibition surface.

BASELWORLD 2008 breaks all records
Another record year: BASELWORLD 2008 closed its doors today after eight extremely successful days. The 2,087 exhibiting com­panies from 45 countries were thrilled at the record figure of 106,800 visitors (up 5%) to the Show from around the world. The World Watch and Jewellery Show exceeded the highest expectations. Over the past eight days, watch and jewellery producers and suppliers, showcased exclusive designs and high-quality collections at BASELWORLD 2008.
